"Stevie Nicks, who became famous as a
singer with Fleetwood Mac, has leased an oceanfront home on the
Westside for a year at $36,000, sources say. Nicks, 47, lives in
Phoenix but leased in L.A. to work on a retrospective about herself
with Lifetime Television and on a couple of CDs of her work
including some new songs, sources say. The house she leased has two
bedrooms and an office or bonus room, which she plans to use for
recording. Built in 1955 but recently refurbished, the 1,500-
square-foot house has two decks and is a short walk to the beach.
