Stevie Nicks, whose solo career is being
celebrated with a three-CD boxed set from Modern/Atlantic, will embark on a
40-date U.S. tour beginning May 27 at Hartford Meadows in Hartford, Conn.
It will be her first solo trek since 1994.
The boxed set, entitled "Enchanted" and comprising 46 tracks, is due
April 28 and will include material from Nicks' six solo albums, plus
live cuts, demos, previously unreleased tracks, and several soundtrack
songs. The box also features the first CD release of material from Nicks'
pre-Fleetwood Mac collaboration with Lindsey Buckingham. The first single
from the box is the previously unreleased "Reconsider Me," a Warren
Zevon-penned song originally recorded for the 1985 album "Rock A Little."
