A consummate performer and songwriter, Schneider has long been a fixture on the burgeoning Austin music scene. Schneider captivated audiences during his recent tour in support of his Universal CD Lonelyland, garnering positive reactions from fans and press alike. "... the Austin-based singer-songwriter turned on the seductive charm, mesmerizing the crowd with his sultry modern-rock croon and movie-star smile. It didn't hurt that the songs were solidly arranged and skillfully performed by Schneider and his four-piece band," says "The Washington Post."

For the second straight year, Schneider swept the recent South By Southwest (SXSW) Music Festival Awards, accruing wins in ten top categories -- the most ever won by a single artist in the 20-year history of the event -- including the coveted "Musician of The Year and Album of the Year (Lonelyland)." Further, Schneider is scheduled to join Stevie Nicks on the national "Trouble In Shangri-La" tour beginning August 3 in Dallas.

"Universal Access" was developed by Steve Leeds, Senior Vice President of Promotion for Universal Records, and Jeff Panzer, Senior Vice President of Video Production for Universal/Motown Records Group. The first three episodes, which featured artists Mr. C of the Cha-Cha Slide, ATC, Dirty, Rammstein and St. Lunatics respectively, were met with great reviews.
