Stevie's show in Tampa was fantastic! She looked incredible and sounded even better and seemed to really be having a lot of fun!. After 135 shows with Fleetwood Mac on several continents, how fortunate for us fans that a few months later she would go out on a solo tour and didn't even have an album to promote! She doesn't even need one, her collection of songs is amazing and I would certainly see her for years to come without any new material!

I have been a Stevie fan since before I could walk I believe. Instead of buying toys in my earliest years, I collected records. I remember buying "Rock A Little" on vinyl when i was ten in 1985! It was a very emotional show for me. My life is complete chaos this week, my life has been turned upside in a way I never thought possible. In the middle of this horrible week, I had my ticket to see Stevie. I like to watch concerts alone. That way I can cry and dance without feeling inhibited. I saw Stevie during "The Dance" tour in Buffalo (completely amazing) and during the "Say You Will" tour in Tampa (absolutely horrible). I was a little skeptical about this show. Why exactly was she touring? There is no album to promote or anything....? I left for the show with an empty heart. You see, this guy I loved 8 years ago in Buffalo, I hadn't seen him in 8 years....and I sent him a ticket to move in with me here in Tampa and to clean up his life. The night of the Stevie concert, he had only been back in my life and in my house for 4 days. He was already hanging out with shady people, and it broke my heart. A night with Stevie is exactly what I needed...the music of this woman completely taps into that part of my wild heart....that feels a lot....that wants to love....that is up for the adventure of life.... Walking into the venue, I felt very empty and alone. But once I was in the gate, I got this strange feeling of comfort. Everyone was a stranger, but for one of the first times in my life I really felt at home amongst the fellow Stevie fans. I didn't talk to anyone, and I was dressed very plainly...I was blending into the walls. But there was such a feeling of peace looking around and seeing people who were as touched by this woman's music as I was.... I had hoped to miss Vanessa Carlton, her lyrics may speak to teenagers, but I find them a little simple for my tastes. I was wandering around the vendors when her music started, and I went inside just for lack of anything else to do. I didn't enjoy her music so much, but she was very friendly and personable. And she did have one song, "White Houses" that really knocked my socks off. If she keeps writing songs like that one, she's well on her way.... Everyone knows what happens next. Intermission. Destiny's Child. Dreams. I was sitting next to two ladies I assume were a couple, and they were just a great time. We were in the back of the orchestra section, and I could tell we had a very special connection just for one evening.... Everyone's already talked about the show, I will just offer a few thoughts... The chorus to "Dreams" seemed closer to the album version than I've heard in awhile During many of the songs, Stevie did a lot of the same improvisations that she did during the Red Rocks show. During "Edge of Seventeen" she did "sounds like she's singing it to ya...." and I just loved that. I always loved "Circle Dance" by Bonnie Raitt...I strongly suggest everyone check out the version from her "Longing in their hearts" album.... I touched Stevie during 17, and it was so awesome seeing her on stage with Waddy! That guy's a goof and in the most endearing way. And Sharon and Jana looked great, although no matter how loud we screamed their names, they never looked at us even though they were right in front of us. I don't know if they aren't supposed to interact with the audience, or if it's just really loud on stage.... I was so hot and sweaty and weak by the encores, that during "Beauty and The Beast" I started edging my way towards the exit. And this is the saddest part of the evening for me. I started running to my car, hoping my friend had called me. I left my phone in the car so I wouldn't obsess and so I could stick with Stevie. I started running in the Florida night, towards my car, through the mud, with "Beauty in the Beast" slowly fading in the distance... He didn't call. He had already left me for an 80 year old who will let him in his house for free. My heart will never be as open again as it was two weeks ago. And this Stevie Nicks concert is something I will NEVER EVER forget. Intense. She continues to be the soundtrack of my life.... And I wonder, after being used and feeling more empty than I have ever felt... who is really the beauty and who's the beast? Thank you Stevie.

Thank you Stevie for coming to the Ford Amphitheater in Tampa * only one hour's drive from home this time! The show was great * much better in fact than the performance I saw recently in Las Vegas. Better video, images, and overall theatrical production. The only thing negative I could possibly comment on was occasionally the sound, but that may have been the venue (?). There were moments when it literally hurt my ears but*I was in the 3rd row, right under the speakers. Still, it crackled and sounded distorted at times. I got tickets from new friend Charlotte Mae who, as I suspected might be, was seated next to me. It was fun meeting a fellow Stevie fan. We immediately began plotting our rush to the stage (smile). It was a hot, sweltering night, and Vanessa Carlton took the stage first for a short set. Kudos to her for playing on, knowing full well Stevie's fans were eagerly waiting for their enchantress to appear. When Vanessa said, "This song is for everyone who's in a relationship that your mother or the Governor doesn't approve of" I knew I was going to like her. Eventually though, to the strains of Booytlicious and Deep Dish's new version of Dreams, Stevie did indeed appear, beautiful as ever. I thought she triumphed especially on Rhiannon and Gold Dust Woman. I was happy that Landslide returned and the retrospective of Stevie's life and career playing out on the backdrop was a wonderful feature. Charlotte and I both were right at the stage for Edge of Seventeen, so of course that surreal moment that occurs when Stevie clasps your hand in hers seems to stop time. Her skin does look lovely and creamy, like a delicate porcelain doll. Charlotte offered Stevie a bouquet of sunflowers and I couldn't help but wonder if Stevie liked sunflowers* I thought it was cool that Charlotte brought something different than roses. I was literally astounded though when Stevie returned for the encore, decked out in her Tom Petty as the Mad Hatter/Pimp Daddy plush hat, complete with black leather pants, for a rousing rendition of Led Zeppelin's 'Rock and Roll'. It was great and Stevie certainly did it justice! Plus, she seemed to be having a great time. Stevie in pants! WOW * it was incredible. Vanessa Carlton joined Sharon and Jana on backup for the Zeppelin song. I was standing right below her still glued to the stage, drumming the stage floor like crazy with one hand. Thanks once again for another knockout evening. Each show I attend seems to get better and I can't wait for the next opportunity. Rock on Gold Dust Woman!

The show in Tampa at the Ford Amphitheater last night was unforgettable!!!!! Stevie just keeps getting better. She looked beautiful last night - during Rhiannon I looked at the screen and thought I was watching her on TV in the 70's. Gold Dust Woman ROCKED - better than I have ever heard it. My band plays a lot of Stevie music so we will have to play that one just like they did last night. (www.munkeyfist.com Tampa area). Waddy definitely adds a more rock feel to her shows. Her voice was amazing and as always I was in awe. Beauty & the Beast sounded so good, again voice was amazing. I loved the pictures on the screen during Landslide (showing Stevie as a baby and through the years. I am a die hard Stevie fan and will always be. Can't wait to see her again, will never miss a show. I love all of her songs don't have a favorite but love to hear Sara and would love to hear Sisters of the Moon, Angel and Straight Back live. Maybe next tour. I love Stevie and will never miss a show - look forward to her next one!

As all have said before me, Stevie is in VERY fine form on this tour!! She rocked the house in Tampa last night, just blew me away, loved every minute of it - and she did it in suffocating heat of 90 degrees with 100% humidity! Lucky the venue set up huge fans for her and the band, but nothing for the fans- we were dripping in sweat but I was dancing my booty off regardless, espec when the intro for Stand Back came on- the crowd went nuts! It was a fabulous show, same set list as has been mentioned, her outfits were gorgeous and her Led Zep "Rock and Roll" cover was to die for, she rocked it every bit as good as Nancy Wilson ever did! Plus her big top hat with feather for that was adorable- my boyfriend could not get over how HOT and SEXY Stevie is at 57 yrs old!! This was his first time live with her, and he was just SO impressed with her stage presence, voice, looks, long blond sexy hair, dancing, outfits- the whole thing was a wonderful dream like experience. FYI- I didn't know this till after but Stevie SIGNED a bunch of beach balls and sent them out into the crowd at some point- they must have been behind me (6th row) but afterwards some ppl found them on the floor and of course were stoked!! So look out for that at future shows!! Also these are not sold out crowds from what I'm reading (only 7,500 in Tampa) so VERY good tix are avail last minute at the box office- we got 6th row center 10 min before the show!! I already had middle section tix but ended up giving them to a couple that were really far back- as a free upgrade- cuz I just couldn't resist 6th row for Stevie who doesn't come around all that often- so BRING THAT EMERGENCY CREDIT CARD, you'll be glad you did! Blessing to Stevie and all her awesome fans- Rock ON Gold Dust Woman and THANK YOU!! Please come again soon....

Stevie Nicks and her musical entourage of muses and magicians (poets, priests of something!) have once again wound their way around the fans of Tampa Bay's hearts! With Thunder and Lightning pulsing in the background, Stevie kept the storm at bay and gave a performance that would've made Barbara and Jessie Nicks proud! From "Enchanted" to "Beauty and the Beast", Stevie gave all that she had and then some. Though it was nice to hear the classics, Led Zeppelin's "Rock and Roll" and Bonnie Raitt's "Circle Dance" were welcome additions to her playlist. To top it all off, She made 57 years young ageless, We worked our way to the stage during "Edge of Seventeen and I was amazed at the beauty of her skin. Porcelain doll would be the best way to describe it. I didn't get to shake her hand but, I touched at least 4 people that were almost jumping up and down telling me that they had touched her. The fans were some of the nicest people we have met yet! We were seated in Orchestra 1 Row R, last few seats from center. There was the most animated couple sitting in front of us. We didn't get to exchange names or e-mails but, We would like to hear from you if you read this. Note to couple, We were the ones with the paper towels.... Note to Stevie! Please keep it up!! We are planning on you being a part of our life till the clocks stop. We would love to see you in a smaller venue and hear some of your lesser known classics....Maybe a 60th birthday party is in order? Thanks again for your music! You really are the Best!!

Wow what a night Stevie put on the best concert I have ever been to...and I have been to quite a few....She rocked the house down...From Enchanted to Dreams, Gold Dust Woman, Stand Back and how could I forget Edge Of Seventeen I was able to get to the front of the stage and lock hands with her. I could feel the energy from her hand to mine.....From the burning of the incense during the show to the High Level of Energy throughout the whole place. Stevie looked great she connects so well with everyone she makes you feel like you are the only one there. When she changes her costumes per song is just the best... she looks GREAT. Her voice is out of this world. Oh and Beauty and the Beast was beautiful to as she came out looking as if she was in her twenties. Well I know I will see her again she had me on my feet the whole time.. Stevie thanks for a wonderful night and I will be seeing you on your next tour...I Highly recommend going to see her. It is worth it!!! Thanks once again Stevie for a great night.

O.M.G.!! Stevie is awesome, she looked great and sounded great as ever. It is my dream to meet her one day, and on July 13 I came close to her as I ever been. I had a very good seat (orch1 row J ) 4 rows back from the stage. When they started the drum solo for Edge of seventeen I seen a bunch of people headed for the stage, I knew then that was my chance to get up closer. During the song she started shaking peoples hands and collecting gifts making her way towards me. Then there she was right in front of me! She was shaking hands with the girl next to me and I got to touch her hand :) Sounds funny that someone would be so crazy about touching somebodys hand, but like I said its a dream to me to meet her. Another girl next to me gave her a statue of the moon with a lady sitting on it, and when she seen it she lit up, she loved it! She rocked Tampa and I cant wait for her to come back!! I loved Gold dust woman and her rendention of Led Zepplins "Rock and Roll". She looked great in that hat. The whole show was amazing! And when it was over and the stage crew began cleaning, one of the guys through some guuitar pics out to us and I got lucky and scored one, a Waddy Wachtel pic! I'm still so excited I got goose bumps as soon as I seen her and had them the rest of the night. I'll be looking forward to seeing her again in Tampa. Stevie your a Goddess! I love you and your songs! And will treasure forever..Your like my bestfriend that I have yet to meet. Rock on "Sweet Girl"!!

I have to admit I was a skeptic. I have been following all of the concert reviews for Nicks since Vegas. I had seen her in concert for almost every tour since '83 and I had figured her better days had gone. Was I wrong! Her 2 hour set in Tampa was mesmerizing. She sang her heart out and she truly enjoyed herself while doing so. Two highlights for me were "Landslides" and "Has Anyone Ever Written Anything For You", the vocals were so pasionate so focused. Another highlight was her cover of "Rock and Roll", the song was full of energy and spunk. She seemed to be having a good time. I really enjoyed the set list all together ( a lot of changes in the order from previous tours) and I am looking forward to another tour. While I am on a roll, a new album?
Charlotte Mae
WOW! This is my fifth time seeing Stevie and like fine wine, she gets better with time. Her energy is amazing and so is she. I was able to give her a bouquet of sunflowers and one of my books that has been published . . . I hope she enjoys it. Thanks for the music Stevie.

Stevie was spectacular last night at the Ford Amphitheater in Tampa on a hot sticky night for an outdoor concert. But once Stevie hit the stage it didn't matter. I have seen Stevie numerous times over the past 22 years it this was one of the best shows I have seen. I've seen every solo tour except Shangri-La and every Fleetwood Mac tour since 82. Stevie looks better then she has in along time. Her voice is in great form. The set was fine of course after all these years with so many songs to choose from of few favorites have to be removed I especially miss Talk to Me, Gypsy & Destiny. I thought the 2 vocal highlights of the evening were Rhiannon & Stand Back. Had the pleasure of sitting in the 8th row on the aisle so I was able to really see her facial expressions and Stevie looks a lot more comfortable with herself and her audience then ever. She most have figured out by now how much her fans really love her and her music and how it so profoundly touch's us. Especially when she sings has Anyone Ever Written & Landslide (I really enjoyed the video montage of her life and career) during Landslide. The concert clips brought back many memories for me and I'm sure it did for a lot of people. Stevie has never disappointed me in concert but some tours have been better than others and this one is certainly one of the best.

I want to express my elation from lastnights show in Tampa FL Stevie never sounded or looked so great!! She brought me to tears on her opener, Enchanted. This was the 5th time I saw one of her shows over the past 20 years and have to say it was definetely the BEST! She is like fine wine, just getting better and better as she ages!! Stevie showed us so many sides of her, it really felt like she was opening her true emotions with every different song. The coolest part had to be seeing her in JEANS! I had read about it on this page but thought it was just another urban legend being spread thru the internet... If anyone misses this tour, you are missing out on something trully magical! Thank you Stevie!! We had a great time!!!
